Join a major international banking and finance practice as an associate on the mortgage finance and structured finance team. The group advises on securitization, warehouse financing and other structured lending transactions across the U.S., supporting lender- and sponsor-side financing work.

The role is transactional and team-oriented, handling complex financings involving residential mortgage loans and other consumer-asset pools. Candidates will work on domestic and cross‑border securitizations and related SPV/warehouse structures alongside experienced finance lawyers.

J.D. and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
Typically 3+ years of law firm experience in securitization, mortgage finance or related structured finance transactions
Experience with warehouse financing and securitizations; background with residential mortgage or other consumer assets strongly preferred
Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and transactional skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on complex deals
