Experienced finance associate role on a national mortgage finance and structured finance team. The group handles securitizations, warehouse facilities and related structured financings for lenders and financial institutions; work will focus on mortgage-backed and other consumer-asset financings.

The successful candidate will join a busy US banking and finance practice supporting securitization, warehouse financing and other structured transactions. Expect deal-oriented work on complex, document-intensive matters and collaboration with teams across US offices.

3+ years’ law firm experience in securitization, warehouse financing or related structured finance transactions
Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets strongly preferred
Demonstrated transactional experience and strong academic credentials
Ability to manage document-heavy matters and work collaboratively across offices
