Join a national mortgage finance team supporting complex securitizations, warehouse financings, mortgage origination and related structured-finance transactions. The group advises on transactions involving commercial and residential mortgage loans and works across domestic and cross-border matters.

The role will support deal execution and structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and coordinating with clients, special servicers, trustees and other counterparties. You will work on high-volume, sophisticated financings within a collaborative, transaction-focused practice.

Juris Doctor and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
Approximately 3+ years of law firm experience in mortgage finance, securitization, warehouse financing or related structured finance transactions.
Experience with mortgage origination, residential or commercial mortgage loans, and transaction documentation (SPV facility, servicing, pooling/servicing, trustee agreements).
Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage deal workloads in a fast-paced practice.
