A US banking and finance team is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to support mortgage finance and structured finance matters. The role focuses on securitization, warehouse financing and related structured transactions, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on residential mortgage or other consumer-asset financings.

3+ years of experience in securitization, warehouse financing or related structured finance transactions
Strong experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets preferred
Excellent drafting, transactional and client-service skills
Juris Doctor and admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
