A US banking and finance team is seeking a mid‑to‑senior associate to join its mortgage finance and structured finance practice in Northern California. The role focuses on securitization, warehouse financings and other structured transactions involving residential mortgage loans and related consumer assets.

The successful candidate will work on complex, transaction‑driven matters for institutional clients across syndicated and bilateral financings, SPV facilities and secondary market transactions. The team handles cross‑border and domestic deals and offers opportunities for substantive transactional responsibility and professional development.

3+ years of transactional experience in securitization, warehouse financing or mortgage finance
Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer asset financings strongly preferred
Demonstrated drafting and deal execution skills on complex financing transactions
Strong academic credentials, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively on fast‑paced matters
