US banking and finance team seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to join the mortgage finance / structured finance group in Washington, D.C. The role supports securitizations, warehouse financings and related structured transactions across residential mortgage and other consumer-asset pools.

Work will involve drafting and negotiating financing documents, supporting SPV and warehouse facilities, and coordinating cross‑border and syndicated financings. Candidates will join a national practice with opportunity to work on complex, transaction‑driven matters alongside lenders, sponsors and other market participants.

3+ years of law firm experience in securitization, structured finance or mortgage/warehouse financing
Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer asset pools strongly preferred
Proven transactional drafting and negotiation skills on financing documents
Strong academic credentials, solid research and writing, and the ability to work on multi‑party deals
Juris Doctor and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
