Join a global law firm’s growing Belfast corporate team as a newly qualified solicitor. The role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate and M&A matters, often multijurisdictional and complex, and the chance to work with international deal teams.

This is a hybrid role based in Belfast. You will support and work alongside corporate, M&A and cross-border transaction groups, contribute to due diligence and transactional documentation, and participate in project-managed matter workflows and efficiency initiatives.

Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales (newly qualified candidates encouraged to apply)
Strong academics and excellent commercial drafting and communication skills
Interest or some experience in corporate/M&A or commercial work; prior firm experience desirable but not essential
Team-player with good project management, organisation and client-service orientation
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online legal research tools
