The role centers on handling New York PIP claims: analyzing medical records and bills, resolving fee disputes and priority-of-payment issues, evaluating coverage exhaustion, and drafting/responding to pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions. The position requires occasional appearances for arbitrations, court conferences, and hearings in New York City.

Flexible billable-hour expectations may be available. The team values proactive, client-focused attorneys who demonstrate strong judgment, clear legal strategy, and the ability to manage multiple matters under pressure.

Active New York bar membership required
Minimum 2 years' experience; New York No-Fault (PIP) experience preferred
Experience analyzing medical records/bills, fee disputes, and coverage issues
Proven experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, including dispositive motions
Ability to appear in NYC arbitrations, conferences, and hearings; reside in or near New York City
Strong academic background, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage competing priorities
