Apply in confidence →National law firm seeks a New York-licensed attorney to handle No-Fault Personal Injury Protection (PIP) matters on a primarily remote/virtual basis, with in-person appearances in New York as needed. The role focuses on litigated PIP claims arising from the transportation and related industries.
Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing medical records and billing, evaluating fee disputes, priority-of-payment and coverage-exhaustion issues, and preparing and responding to pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions. The position offers the possibility of a flexible billable-hour expectation and involves collaboration with a sector-focused litigation team.

- Minimum ~2 years' experience handling New York No‑Fault/PIP matters preferred
- Active New York bar admission required

- Strong analytical skills for reviewing medical records, bills, and coverage issues
- Superior interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
