Join a specialist catastrophic personal injury and large loss team in Edinburgh as an NQ/Junior Associate. The group handles complex, high‑value multi‑track claims including motor, employers’ and public liability, abuse matters and public law actions.

You will assist senior lawyers on sensitive, high‑profile files while managing your own caseload — conducting investigations, taking statements, reviewing medical evidence, drafting pleadings and advising insurer, commercial and public sector clients.

The role offers structured learning, clear development pathways and the chance to build client exposure within a collaborative, flexible team environment.

Qualified solicitor (NQ–2 years PQE) with experience in personal injury litigation, ideally including catastrophic injury or large loss matters
Strong technical legal skills, legal drafting and case management; comfortable meeting court timetables and client SLAs
Good interpersonal skills for client liaison, witness interviewing and working in a team
Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritise work and support business development activities
