NQ Solicitor — Insurance (Employers Liability / Public Liability / Motor) — Glasgow

A newly qualified solicitor role within a Major Injury & Casualty insurance litigation team, handling a varied caseload of Employers Liability, Public Liability and Motor matters. The team manages defended litigation across pre‑litigation and Sheriff Court actions and supports higher‑value, complex files.

The position is offered on a hybrid basis and may be based from the Glasgow or Edinburgh office. You will progress files efficiently, build strong stakeholder relationships, and develop technical and commercial skills through on‑the‑job experience and training.

• Scottish qualified solicitor (NQ)
• Experience running own caseload of pre‑litigation and Sheriff Court matters
• Insurance litigation experience, particularly Employers Liability, Public Liability and Motor claims
• Strong legal research, litigation drafting, negotiation and communication skills
