Join a well-established construction, engineering & projects team in London advising on both transactional and contentious matters for clients across developer, contractor and professional services sectors. The team handles procurement and contract drafting as well as dispute avoidance and resolution, including adjudication, arbitration and TCC litigation.

This role offers exposure to a mix of non-contentious and contentious work, with growing demand in disputes. The postholder will take early responsibility for client work, draft and advise on construction contracts and security documents, and act on complex, high-value disputes.

Qualified (or due to qualify by Sept 2026) solicitor in England & Wales — NQ up to 1 PQE
Experience in contentious construction matters; exposure to UK adjudications and/or TCC litigation desirable
Familiarity with dispute types such as delay/final account claims, quality of build, bond and PII-related matters
Strong written and verbal communication, time- and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team; client-focused approach
