Of Counsel — Antitrust & Competition, Atlanta

Senior antitrust lawyer sought for a nationally recognized Antitrust & Competition practice. The role focuses on complex antitrust matters including government and internal investigations, enforcement proceedings, and civil antitrust litigation.

Ideal candidates will have experience representing clients before enforcement agencies (e.g., DOJ, FTC) and in state and federal courts, handling discovery, drafting pretrial motions, and managing multi-party or complex cases. Prior federal clerkship or a background in economics or related fields is a plus.

• Significant experience in antitrust and competition law, investigations, or civil antitrust litigation
