Of Counsel — Employment (Class Action) — Philadelphia

Senior employment litigator role in a national firm’s Philadelphia office focusing on defense of class/collective actions and agency claims. The role blends courtroom representation, administrative defense, and counseling clients on employment compliance and risk mitigation.

Typical matters include defending wage-and-hour class/collective claims, discrimination and other employment torts, and conducting trainings and preventive counseling for employer clients. The role will involve appearances in court, before administrative agencies, mediations and arbitrations.

• Juris Doctor (ABA-accredited law school)
• 8+ years of experience defending class/collective actions and employment litigation
• Admission to the Pennsylvania bar and in good standing
• Experience acting as lead counsel on complex employment matters
• Strong knowledge of federal and state agency enforcement and employment statutes; excellent attention to detail and project management skills
