Of Counsel — Employment & Labor (Class Action) — Pittsburgh

Established national labor & employment practice seeks an experienced Of Counsel to join its Pittsburgh office to focus on class and collective action defense and broader employment litigation.

The role handles defense of agency discrimination charges and federal/state court litigation, including wage-and-hour class/collective actions, and provides counseling, training, and preventative advice to employer clients. You will represent clients in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration.

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• 8+ years of class action and employment litigation defense experience
• Admitted and in good standing with the Pennsylvania bar
• Proven experience acting as lead counsel in complex employment matters
• Familiarity with federal and state agency enforcement practices and procedures
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and project-management skills
