Senior labor attorney role in a national employment and labor practice, based in Cleveland. The position focuses on traditional labor relations representing management, with a mix of collective bargaining, unfair labor practice proceedings, grievance/arbitration work and employment-defense litigation.

The role involves counseling employers on union organizing and related strategies, handling NLRB matters and elections, negotiating/advising on collective bargaining agreements, and pursuing grievance, arbitration and injunction actions where needed. The position may require regular business travel and is offered on a hybrid work basis.

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Minimum 9 years of litigation or labor experience
  • Substantial traditional labor/collective bargaining experience preferred
  • Admission to the Ohio bar
  • Strong written and oral advocacy, research and project-management skills
