Of Counsel — Employment & Labor, New Orleans

Senior-level litigation lawyer needed to join a national labor & employment practice in the New Orleans area. The role offers substantial client-facing responsibility handling employment litigation, counseling, and administrative matters for local and national employer clients.

Typical work includes legal research and drafting (memoranda, pleadings, motions), discovery and investigations, arbitration and court appearances, preparation of dispositive motions, and counseling on employment-law issues and contracts. • Established litigation experience in labor & employment law (senior associate to counsel level).
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills; strong oral advocacy.
• Comfortable with client contact, interactions with governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.
• Ability to manage matters, handle discovery and hearings/arbitrations, and work in a collaborative team environment.
