Senior employment litigation counsel role in Dallas for a national employer-side labor & employment practice. The position focuses on defending employers in complex employment disputes, agency matters, and class/collective actions, and on counseling and training clients on workplace issues.

Day-to-day responsibilities include first-chair litigation in court, arbitration and administrative proceedings; managing discovery and motion practice; advising on employment policies and risk mitigation; and mentoring associates and support staff. Hybrid work arrangement.

JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
9+ years of employment litigation experience with significant first-chair litigation experience
Active Texas bar admission in good standing
Experience with wage-&-hour, discrimination/retaliation, and related employment claims; class/collective action experience preferred
Proven supervisory and mentoring experience; strong written and oral advocacy skills
Familiarity with state and federal administrative agency processes; strong organization and project-management abilities
