Experienced employment litigation attorney position in Orange County, California. The role focuses on defending employers in a wide range of workplace disputes, managing litigation from intake through trial and appellate work, and advising clients on employment-law risks and preventive strategies.

The attorney will handle individual and representative actions, agency matters, arbitration, mediations, and compliance counseling. The team environment requires supervising junior lawyers and working closely with clients to develop practical, business-focused solutions.

• JD from accredited law school and admission to the California Bar in good standing
• 9+ years of employment litigation experience with substantial first-chair courtroom and arbitration experience
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation, including class/collective actions and wage-and-hour matters (class/PAGA experience preferred)
• Experience supervising associates and support staff, strong drafting and oral advocacy skills, and solid project/time-management abilities
