Of Counsel — Employment Litigation, Riverside, CA

Senior employment-litigation counsel role in the Riverside office of a leading U.S. labor & employment firm. The position focuses on defending employers in a wide range of employment disputes and advising on workplace policies and risk management.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and litigating cases (including class/collective and PAGA matters), representing employers in court, arbitration and administrative proceedings, conducting trainings, and counseling clients on compliance and employment-law strategy. Hybrid work model.

• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• 9+ years of employment litigation experience with substantial first‑chair trial/arbitration experience
• Active California bar membership in good standing
• Experience supervising associates and paralegals and managing litigation teams
• Strong written and oral advocacy, project management, and client-counseling skills
