Of Counsel — Labor & Employment Litigation, Sacramento

Leading labor & employment team in Sacramento is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join as Of Counsel. The role focuses on defense-side employment work, combining courtroom and counseling responsibilities across investigations, discovery, motions, depositions and client advisement.

The position emphasizes strong legal writing, analytical judgment, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Opportunity includes participation in continuing training and firm-wide development programs and a comprehensive benefits package.

The expected California salary range for this role is approximately $230,000–$270,000, subject to experience and other permitted factors.

• Juris Doctor and active, good-standing California law license
• 7+ years of employment litigation defense experience preferred
• Proven experience taking/defending depositions, drafting motions and pleadings, and leading discovery
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
