Of Counsel — Litigation, San Diego

An established litigation team in San Diego is seeking an Of Counsel to handle complex commercial and civil litigation matters. This is a senior, client-facing role that will prosecute and defend cases across state and federal courts.

The role involves managing significant litigation files, leading motion practice and discovery, coordinating with trial teams, and advising clients on case strategy and risk management. You will collaborate with partners and supervise associates on day-to-day case work.

Ideal candidates are experienced litigators with strong courtroom and briefing skills, comfortable handling high-stakes matters and mentoring junior lawyers. This position offers a visible, non-partner senior role within a prominent national practice.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active California bar admission
• Substantial civil/commercial litigation experience with courtroom and motion practice exposure
• Strong legal writing, oral advocacy and case-management skills; experience supervising associates
