Of Counsel — Product Liability Litigation, New York

Senior litigation attorney sought for a national product‑liability practice with an emphasis on pharmaceutical and medical device matters. The role focuses on complex briefing and Daubert/Rule 702 motions, supervising associates, working with experts, and helping shape case strategy. Hybrid working with regular in‑office presence.

Ideal candidates will draw on a scientific background (MD, PharmD, MPH, epidemiology or similar) to translate technical issues into persuasive legal arguments and briefs. The team handles product‑liability discovery, depositions, expert engagement, and motion practice across U.S. jurisdictions.

• Extensive experience drafting briefs and handling Daubert/Rule 702 motions
• Product‑liability litigation experience; pharmaceutical/medical device experience a plus
• Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and experience supervising associates
