The role may be based in any of the firm's US offices with a hybrid working pattern and involves leading and advising on novel financing transactions for renewable energy projects and companies.
You will work on complex cross‑border and domestic financing and M&A matters, partnering with deal teams and client stakeholders to structure and document tax credit monetization, project financings, and related corporate finance transactions.
The team seeks an experienced energy finance lawyer who can produce high‑quality work independently, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development and practice growth.
- Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum 9 years' post‑qualification experience in energy transition finance
- Demonstrated experience on financing and M&A for energy transition projects and companies, including tax equity and renewable tax credit monetization
- Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities
