Senior real estate finance lawyer sought to join a market-leading banking and real estate finance team in Bristol. The role offers significant client-facing responsibility, autonomy on transactions and an active role in supervising and mentoring junior fee-earners.

You will lead on complex, high-value real estate finance matters across key sectors, manage identified client accounts from day one, and drive initiatives to improve repeat-transaction efficiency using project management techniques and technology. The position includes responsibility for a Bristol-based support team and close collaboration with national banking colleagues.

Qualified solicitor with 10+ years PQE in real estate finance.

Strong client relationship and business development skills; commercially astute and entrepreneurial.
Experience applying project management and technology to improve transactional efficiency.
