Of Counsel — Structured Finance (New York / Multi‑city US)

Leading US law firm seeks an Of Counsel to join its finance practice in the structured finance subgroup. The role will focus on commercial mortgage‑backed securities (CMBS) and related securitization transactions; candidates may be based in New York or other U.S. offices.

The team handles a broad range of structured finance matters across capital markets and securitization products. This is a senior fee‑earner role with significant client work, drafting and deal execution responsibilities, and collaboration with cross‑office teams.

Hybrid working with regular in‑office presence expected; jurisdictional bar admission required for the office where the candidate will practice.

• JD and active bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction
• 5–9 years of experience in structured finance, securitization and/or CLOs; CMBS experience preferred but not required
• Strong drafting, analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on high‑volume, deadline‑driven transactions
• Excellent oral and written communication and client service skills
