OSHA Senior Associate / Of Counsel — Workplace Safety, Milwaukee

Growth-stage opening for a Senior Associate or Of Counsel to join a busy workplace safety team in Milwaukee. The role focuses on OSHA and related regulatory defense, handling litigation, counseling clients on compliance risk, and representing employers before agencies and in court.

Position offers substantial client contact and opportunities to draft pleadings and regulatory submissions, lead investigations, and engage with opposing counsel. The team supports business development through writing, speaking, and publishing opportunities for attorneys who want to raise their profile.

• Juris Doctor and active, good-standing admission to practice in Wisconsin; must maintain licensure during employment.
• 8+ years of workplace safety experience (law firm or government), with substantial OSHA matters preferred.
• Experience with construction, industrial, or high-hazard sectors (e.g., oil & gas, refineries, agriculture) a plus.
• Strong analytical and legal writing skills, organized, able to manage multiple matters, and committed to client service and practice development.
