National law firm is seeking part-time and limited-engagement defense litigators across the United States. Roles are flexible — candidates may set schedules between 25%–100% full-time and can work remotely or from regional offices where available.

Opportunities are primarily for civil defense work across a range of practice areas including commercial litigation, product liability and insurance-related matters. The role offers regular client-facing appearances, deposition and hearing experience, and access to professional development and mentorship within a large national platform.

Licensed and in good standing to practice in the state of application
3–10 years of civil litigation experience (defense-side preferred)
Experience or familiarity with commercial litigation, product liability, insurance coverage / bad faith, and related general liability matters
Strong advocacy, litigation drafting, research and oral advocacy skills
Self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision and collaborate within teams
Willingness to accept variable schedules (25%–100% FTE); benefits eligibility for those working consistently 30+ hours/week
Ability to travel when coverage or court appearances require
