Senior partner opportunity for an experienced lawyer to lead a combined commercial litigation and corporate practice in the London office of a major international firm. The role involves fee-earning leadership, business development and responsibility for managing and growing a team and client base across both contentious and transactional work.

The team advises on high-value commercial disputes alongside corporate mandates; candidates should be comfortable operating at partner level on both fronts and able to bring and develop client relationships. This is a discreet search for a lateral partner with a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation with significant exposure to corporate matters.
Proven track record of originating and managing client work; ability to bring a portable book of business.
Active qualification in England & Wales (or equivalent) and experience supervising fee-earners.
Strong business development, leadership and relationship-management skills.
