Established UK practice seeks a senior transactional partner to lead and grow its maritime and aviation transactional offering from the London office. The role will focus on sale and purchase work and asset-backed finance across shipping and aviation sectors.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team advising owners, financiers and corporates on cross-border sale/purchase transactions and structured ship and aircraft finance. This is a client-facing leadership role with scope to develop fee-earners and originate new instructions.

Proven partner-level experience in shipping and/or aviation transactional work, including sale & purchase and asset-backed finance.
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills and experience managing cross-border matters.
Track record of winning and developing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable origination capability preferred.
Experienced in mentoring and leading mid-senior teams on complex transactions.
