Partner — Antitrust & Competition / Litigation (Austin)

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow a market-facing antitrust and competition practice from its Austin office. The role blends litigation and transactional work advising corporate clients on complex competition issues.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team handling high-stakes disputes and regulatory matters. This is an opportunity to take on responsibility for case strategy, client development and cross-practice collaboration within a busy office.

• Established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition matters, with both litigation and transactional exposure.
• Proven trial and/or administrative advocacy experience and comfort managing complex cases and investigations.
• Track record of client development and ability to grow a portable practice or lead existing client relationships.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted; strong academic and professional references.
