Experienced partner-level role for an antitrust and competition lawyer with strong litigation and corporate transaction experience. The role will lead and grow an antitrust practice in the firm's Irvine office, handling both contested matters and transactional/competition risk work.

The partner will work closely with litigation and corporate teams across offices, take a lead role on matters, and help develop client relationships. The position suits a lawyer who can combine courtroom and deal-side experience and contribute to business development.

Established partner with substantial experience in antitrust and competition work, including litigation and transactional matters
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development record preferred
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (California preferred) and track record of leading matter teams
Strong drafting, advocacy and client-management skills; collaborative approach to cross-practice work
