Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Orange County

Established corporate law practice in Orange County is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its M&A and transactional work. The role will focus on leading complex domestic and cross-border transactions, managing deal teams and developing client relationships.

The firm is looking for a partner with an existing portable practice who can immediately contribute origination and client management capacity. The position offers a platform to expand a transactional practice within a well-resourced corporate team.

• Proven track record as a transactional partner with substantial M&A experience
• Ability to originate and manage client relationships; established portable practice required
• Strong deal leadership and team management skills
• Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in California
