Law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow a technology-focused disputes and corporate practice from its Orange County platform. The role blends commercial litigation, fintech and cyber-related matters, and corporate transactional work including M&A and governance.

The successful candidate will have a portable practice and be comfortable developing West Coast-facing client relationships while collaborating across national teams. This is a senior leadership role with substantial fee‑earner and client‑development responsibilities.

Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation and corporate transactions (M&A), with a focus on technology, fintech, or cyber matters
Proven book of business or demonstrable ability to originate and grow client engagements
Strong client development and team leadership skills; experience working with cross‑office or national practices
Active JD and state bar admission or eligibility to admit in the relevant jurisdiction
