Partner, Antitrust & Competition Litigation — Wilmington

Established national law firm seeks a partner to join its Antitrust & Competition litigation team in Wilmington. The role focuses on leading complex civil and competition disputes, high‑stakes litigation strategy, and client counseling in antitrust matters.

Ideal candidates will have substantial antitrust litigation experience and a demonstrated ability to originate and maintain client relationships. The team offers cross‑practice support and opportunities to work on regional and national matters.

• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on antitrust/competition matters.
• Proven track record in complex civil litigation and courtroom experience (trial or significant dispositive motion practice).
• Demonstrable client development and a portable practice are strongly preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively across practices and mentor junior lawyers.
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer/obtain admission.
