London office of a leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team. The role involves leading high‑value antitrust mandates across merger control, investigations and competition litigation for a mix of domestic and international clients.

The successful candidate will join a broad, cross‑border practice and work closely with colleagues across Europe and the US. This is an opportunity to grow a visible practice within a well‑resourced team and to take responsibility for complex, high‑profile matters.

Established partner or counsel with a demonstrable antitrust and competition practice.
Experience advising on merger control, cartel investigations and competition litigation or enforcement.
Proven business development record; a portable book of business or demonstrable client relationships preferred.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work on cross‑border, multi‑jurisdictional matters.
