Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in the New Orleans office. The role will focus on counseling and litigation matters, including merger review, cartel and conduct investigations, and competition compliance counseling for a broad range of clients.

The partner will have responsibility for developing business locally and supporting the firm's regional and national antitrust engagements. The position offers partnership equity/leadership opportunities and the ability to grow a portable practice within an established platform.

  • Established partner with significant antitrust & competition experience (civil and/or regulatory matters)
  • Proven record of client development and the ability to bring or build a portable practice
  • Experience with merger control, investigations (FTC/DOJ) and antitrust litigation preferred
  • Bar admission and the ability to practice in Louisiana (or willingness to qualify)
  • Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring associates
