Partner — Antitrust & Competition (Washington, D.C.)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Antitrust & Competition group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. The role will handle both contentious and transactional antitrust matters, working closely with litigation and corporate teams on regulatory, investigations and merger review work.

The team advises clients across industries on civil and government enforcement matters as well as transactional antitrust clearance and counseling. The position offers an opportunity to lead matters, mentor junior lawyers and develop business in the U.S. capital market.

• Established partner with a track record in antitrust and competition law, including litigation and transactional experience.
• Proven ability to lead matters, manage teams and develop client relationships; portable practice or business development capability preferred.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (Washington, D.C.) or ability to obtain admission.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience advising on government investigations and merger review.
