Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in the Washington, D.C. office. The role will advise corporate clients on competition law, merger control and government investigations, and will work on both litigation and transactional matters.

The successful candidate will join a full-service team and be expected to contribute to client development and practice growth while mentoring junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to take a senior technical and business-development role within a well-resourced practice.

• Established partner with substantive antitrust & competition experience — litigation and transactional matters.
• Proven track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
• Strong writing, advocacy and client-management skills; experience with merger review and government investigations a plus.
• Bar admission in D.C. or eligibility to transfer/obtain admission.
