Top-tier national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Washington, D.C. The role will focus on lead counsel work across enforcement defense, merger control, civil litigation, and competition counseling for U.S. and multinational clients.

The successful candidate will take a visible role in client development, case strategy and managing cross-office teams. This is an opportunity to join a busy, national platform with significant regulatory and litigation matters in the D.C. market.

Proven partner-level experience in antitrust and competition matters (investigations, merger reviews, and civil litigation)
Track record of leading teams and managing complex matters from intake through resolution
Demonstrated client development skills; ability to grow or bring a portable practice is welcome
Strong regulatory contacts and familiarity with U.S. antitrust enforcement agencies preferred
