Partner, Commercial Litigation — Washington, D.C.

Experienced commercial litigation partner sought to join a well-established litigation practice in Washington, D.C. The role will involve leading bet-the-company and complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts, including dispositive motion practice and trial work.

We are looking for a partner who will manage and develop a team, work closely with senior litigators across practices, and play a visible role in client relationship management and business development. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and grow client work is valued.

• Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation, including trial and dispositive motion experience.
• Proven ability to manage teams and supervise associates on complex matters.
• Track record of client development; portable business preferred.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills and experience in federal and state courts.
