Experienced partner-level hire sought to lead and expand a compliance, regulatory and litigation practice in the Salt Lake City office of a well-regarded national firm. The role will blend regulatory counseling, privacy/data-protection work and contentious matters for corporate clients across regulated industries.

The successful candidate will be expected to originate and manage client relationships, supervise associates, and work closely with cross-practice teams on regulatory investigations, contested proceedings and technology-related compliance issues. The team advises on privacy and data-protection compliance, regulatory risk, and litigation strategy.

Portable business is welcome and will be considered in assessing fit. This is a senior role with significant client development and leadership responsibilities within the office.

Established partner track record in compliance/regulatory counseling and regulatory litigation; demonstrable experience with privacy and data-protection matters preferred.
Proven client development and relationship-management ability; portable practice considered.
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and working on cross-practice teams.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience handling investigations and contested regulatory matters.
