Lateral Partner, Commercial Litigation — Salt Lake City

Established law firm is seeking a partner to join its Salt Lake City litigation team to lead complex commercial litigation matters. The role combines hands-on case work, courtroom advocacy, and leadership of a small to mid‑sized litigation group supporting regional and national clients.

Successful candidates will manage discovery and motion practice, supervise associates, and work closely with other practice groups on cross‑disciplinary matters. There is an expectation of active business development and client relationship cultivation in the Intermountain West and broader U.S. market.

• Proven partner‑level experience in commercial litigation, including trial and appellate work.
• Demonstrable ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable practice is welcomed.
• Experience managing teams, supervising associates, and handling complex discovery and motion practice.
• Active bar admission in the relevant state or eligibility to transfer; strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
