Senior partner hire to lead and expand a Compliance & Regulatory and Government & Public practice from the firm's Boston office. The role focuses on regulatory counseling, government contracts and public-sector matters for clients across federal and state markets.

Ideal candidate will manage complex regulatory engagements, advise on government contracting issues, and partner with cross‑office teams to support matters in key markets including Washington, D.C., Texas and California.

This is a partner-level role where establishing and growing a portable practice or bringing existing client relationships will be an important part of the position.

Established partner with significant experience in regulatory compliance and government contracts
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development capabilities preferred
Experience working on matters involving federal and state government clients and agencies
Strong team leadership and cross‑office collaboration skills
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
