Leading law firm in Boston is seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead its compliance and regulatory practice with significant focus on healthcare and media/advertising matters. The role involves advising clients on FDA-regulated issues, advertising and marketing compliance, and cross-cutting regulatory risk and investigations.

The partner will develop and manage client relationships, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and work with in-house and external stakeholders on high-profile regulatory matters. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory compliance, preferably including FDA and advertising/marketing matters
Proven record of client relationship development and originations; portable practice encouraged
Strong litigation/ enforcement exposure or experience managing regulatory investigations
Jurisdictional bar admission and JD or equivalent qualification; experience supervising teams and mentoring junior lawyers
