Senior compliance and government-contracts partner opportunity with a broad U.S. practice based in Wilmington. The role will lead regulatory, compliance and government-contracts matters, advise public‑sector and regulated clients, and help grow regional market presence across key U.S. jurisdictions.

The firm is seeking a partner with an established track record counseling clients on regulatory compliance, government procurement/contracting, and public‑sector matters. This is a senior leadership role that combines client work, team management, and business development.

Candidates with an existing portable practice or a demonstrable book of business in government contracts, regulatory compliance, or related public‑sector work are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner‑level experience handling regulatory, compliance and government contracts matters.
Strong client relationships and demonstrated business development ability; portable practice preferred.
Experience supervising teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Deep knowledge of federal/state procurement and regulatory frameworks, with experience advising public‑sector and regulated clients.
