Senior healthcare partner opportunity with a large, internationally active law firm’s healthcare and life sciences group based in Wilmington. The role will advise healthcare providers, life sciences companies, and related industry participants on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

This is a front‑office partner role with responsibility for originating and leading engagements, developing client relationships across the practice, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The team maintains a broad, sophisticated healthcare practice advising on regulatory strategy, commercial arrangements, and industry compliance issues.

Experienced partner with a substantial healthcare and/or life sciences practice.
Demonstrated experience advising clients on healthcare regulation, compliance and commercial matters.
Proven business development track record; portable client relationships considered an asset.
Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent) required.
