Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Charleston office to lead and grow a construction and real estate litigation practice. The role focuses on handling commercial construction disputes, real estate-related litigation, and related pre-litigation counseling for a diverse client base.

The successful candidate will join a busy litigation team and will be expected to manage matters from intake through trial or resolution, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with transaction teams on risk mitigation and dispute avoidance.

Proven partner-level litigation experience in construction and real estate matters.
Track record of managing complex commercial disputes and courtroom or arbitration experience.
Demonstrated client development skills and existing client relationships or a portable practice preferred.
Ability to mentor associates, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and handle case strategy and staffing.
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to become admitted.
