Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Charleston employment and labor litigation team. The role focuses on representing employers in complex employment disputes and counseling on workplace risk.

The successful candidate will lead litigation matters, develop and manage client relationships, and work closely with a team of employment lawyers across the region. This is an opportunity to take a senior practice role with a well-resourced litigation platform.

Portable work or an existing book of business will be considered and is useful for this position.

Experienced litigation partner with a background in labor and employment matters
Proven trial and motion practice; strong courtroom and ADR experience
Demonstrated client development and relationship-management skills
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
