Top-tier US firm is seeking a partner to lead and expand its construction and real estate litigation practice from the Hartford office. The role focuses on managing complex commercial and construction disputes for institutional and corporate clients, supervising teams and working across related practice areas.

The successful candidate will have an established litigation practice, proven trial or arbitration experience, and the ability to develop client relationships and generate new matters. This position offers senior responsibility for case strategy, client service and business development within a busy regional platform.

Established partner-level litigation background with emphasis on construction and real estate matters
Track record of leading teams and managing complex commercial disputes (trial/ arbitration experience preferred)
Proven ability to originate or grow client relationships; portable practice welcomed
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
